Bothra, AMC Group began as Ashok Marketing Company, focusing on supplying and importing genuine spare parts for renowned mobile crane manufacturers. Over the years, the group has earned a trusted reputation in the mobile crane and construction equipment sectors, offering a wide range of quality mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical parts through strong global OEM partnerships and efficient logistics.

In 2004, AMC Services & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (ASEPL) was formed to extend the group’s expertise further into the technical services and spare parts industry – serving to major corporate clients as a parallel source to OEMs.

Shree Balaji Equipments Pvt. Ltd. (SBEPL), an extension of AMC Group’s legacy, is the Authorized Distributor for leading global OEMs like Kobelco, Godrej MHE, Palfinger, Maeda, Manitou, Hectronic. SBEPL specializes in the sales and service of material handling, mining, and construction equipment, continuously expanding its offerings to serve diverse industrial needs across India.

To meet the growing client demand for rental solutions, AMC Group ventured into the equipment rental segment through AMC Infra Rentals LLP (AIR) – offering high-quality equipment on rent at competitive rates with skilled service support team to ensure reliability and performance.
